FALCON BOAT CLUB

Fourth bay construction and commencement of the kayak and C2 stores to the north side and rear (east) of the building. Three bays are in full operation with rowing boats and the kayak and C3 storage is hoped to be ready to use before the end of April 2022. It is also hoped that the changing rooms will be finished and usable by then too. The heat pumps are already in place for heating and hot water, but (as of end Feb) awaiting completion of the plumbing and connection of the water supply by Thames Water (their sixth attempt will be in early March - all hold-ups have been on their side).

Phase 1 shell completion: doors fitted, rowing boats on new racks. Phase 2 underway with walls, roof on and rear staircase in place.
