In 2020 Falcon Rowing and Canoeing Club reverted to its founding name of Falcon Boat Club and became a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO).
Falcon Boat Club is governed by a board of trustees. Day to day club management of sporting activities are organised by rowing and canoe/kayak sub-committees that report to the board of Trustees.
