Coaches Declaration

Each year we like the canoe/kayak coaches at Falcon to check that their certification is up to date and that they familiarize themselves with the club rules and risk assessments. Please will all coaches complete the coach declaration form and send a copy to Jo Walker to keep on file?

Newsletter Issue 14: call for contributions

Since the last Newsletter there has been a lot of water under the bridge (ho ho!) And there are lots of good things coming up: the Falcon 70s night, senior socials, the Christmas dinner, the junior Christmas event and many weeks of circuit training (what bliss!) It would be great to have all this and much more in the next Newsletter. So please, please send me all your pictures and articles: solway3@gmail.com. Deadline for submissions is Friday 15 November.

NIght-time canoe paddle

An evening paddle on Saturday 7th November, starting from Falcon at 5.30 pm. The plan is for around 90-minute paddle Thames/Cherwell, then food / drink at local hostelry, from around 7.30 pm. All boats will need lights!
