All club members are invited to an EGM to discuss the ways forward for the boathouse project. Members will be canvassed prior to the meeting, and a formal invitation via email will follow. 12pm at the Falcon boat house.

After the successful match vs CORC, we will be doing this again. There will be a combination of Falcon vs CORC races, and also mixed eights between the two clubs. There will no doubt be the opportunity to retire to a drinking establishment afterwards to review the racing.

An opportunity for the whole rowing club to get together on a nice relaxed trip up the river to the beautiful Godstow and Port Meadow. All club members are warmly invited to attend, regardless of age or ability. Mixed crews will be the order of the day, followed by either a picnic lunch or trip to The Trout at Wolvercote.

The plan is to leave Falcon at 11am, returning early afternoon. So that we have an idea of numbers, please sign up via the online system. If you are a junior wishing to partake, please let Lorna know.

Informal sessions, including:

Saturday 12-4pm: a 4 hour coxing session for all current and prospective coxes, covering boating protocol, race calls, equipment etc. 

Sunday 10am: a get together and year planning session for the High Performance squad

Sunday 12pm: a session to tidy up, paint and decorate the erg room! HP to take the lead but all juniors welcome to join in.

A fun afternoon at the club of scratch racing, silly events and lots of mince pies! 12-4pm.

We will be holding a boat naming ceremony at 12 noon, for our new wintech double, and also the refurbished coxed quad.
