6 lane racing over two days. Mainly sculling on the Saturday and rowing on the Sunday.

Workshop programme includes: • planning a tour • coxing on tour, including lock procedure • rigging basics and trailer loading • ‘hands on’ practice, including: going through a lock using a paddle & ropes changing places in the boat landing and launching from an awkward bank • adapting your rowing technique for long distance rowing

Cost £10, to include a light lunch and refreshments.
